About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable person with a background in healthcare or nursing to join our team to support our agents in selling our expanded Individual health and critical illness insurance product lines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing channel activation strategies to meet business goals
• Providing in-depth medical knowledge & education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products
• Act as a subject matter expert and own key aspects of the channel activation function for the whole team
• Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products
• Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements
• Collaborating with the Agency Business Development, marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success
• Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space
• Provide coaching to junior level staff in the team.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Business or Nursing Programme and/or Medical related field
• At least 10 years experiences in healthcare and nursing services with relevant experience in medical insurance
• Must possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors’ information and user feedback to drive sales.  With great communication skills to translate consumers’ wants and needs into designs
• Quick learner and can work independently with little supervision
• Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft office with strong analytical skills.
• You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
