Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing local and international events such as conferences, seminars, customer networking events, exhibition etc.
  • Co-ordinate with business units and vendors for the exhibition content planning and design
  • Prepare pre- and post- event report for each marketing activity
  • Assisting the manager in digital and offline event marketing campaign implementation 
  • Support the marketing collaterals design and production including advertisement, corporate presentation materials, brochures, eDM etc.
  • Support on the procurement work and vendor management 
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing events, conferences and exhibitions
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Holding a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines will be a plus 
  • With knowledge in HTML5, eDM Platform and RSVP platform will be an advantage
  • Working experience in IT industry, Telecom industry, To B industry and creative agency will be a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese
  • Creative, detailed-minded, independent, and strong project management skill
  • Good team player with communication skills
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and weekend when needed
