We are on behalf of a multinational trading company seeking a Brand Assistant. You will:

• Work in a multi-cultural team, and
• Engage in meaningful collaborations with luxury & consumer brands.

Job Descriptions: 

• Assist in managing the collaborations with different brands. Handle legal and contractual documents, including licensing agreements and others.
• Coordinate the whole order process, and ensure on-time production schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to monitor sample. Follow-up product sample design, product formulation and optimization, and sample delivery.
• Collect invoice payments, royalty calculation results, and other financial documents.

Successful Candidate Profiles:

• Degree holders, preferably with relevant experience in Purchase, Product / Brand Management, Marketing, and others.
• Good understanding of license business is an advantage.
• Good command of verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese.
• Multitasking and project management.
• Agile to learn new things and work in a dynamic work environment.
