Responsibilities 

• Responsible the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, staff training & development, and staff relations.
• On-going review and formulation of HR policies & procedures.
• Monitor payroll and benefits administration and prepare report regularly.
• Responsible for the implementation and running of the HR system. 
• Handle ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements 

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 8 years HR Generalist experiences of which 3 years at managerial level, preferably gained in trading / logistics industry.
• Strong experience in compensation & benefits is highly preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office applications as well as Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Specialist.
