Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the expansion and specific implementation of family trust business, set the annual business targets and lead the team to achieve business targets.
• Explore and develop long-term financial relationships with customers and channels; provide efficient and high-quality services to customers with a professional manner.
• Promote wide range of financial products and trust services to customers and channels, and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the business goals.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of the trust industry; has up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and processes and keep abreast of trends and developments.
• Participate in the development of internal risk control systems and supervise their implementation, effectively monitoring risks during business operations.
• Prepare full set of trust related documents including trust deed, letter of wish, trustee resolutions and other statutory documentations.

Requirements:

• Familiar with relevant policies and regulations in the trust industry, familiar with the business and management of trust companies;
• Experiences and proven track record in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage; proven track record in marketing and selling financial products.
• Sound knowledge and solid experiences in family trust and investment services.
• High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively; highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and consolidating long term relationships among personal and corporate customers.
• Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace.
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, strong self-motivation, customer-focused, pleasant and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a definite plus.
