Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparing payroll, ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Organize training and development activities.
• Organize periodic performance appraisals.
• Co-ordinate hiring process with shop managers.
