• Handle client’s direct inquiries
• Provide professional & quality customer service
• Prepare performance reports on CRM system
• Provide support in company seminars/events
• Work closely to support Sales Team

Job requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS office;
• Native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin;
• Friendly service attitude;
• Positive, self initiative and good team player;
• Excellent communication and closing skills;
• CS/Marketing experience in high end service industry is highly preferred.
