The Job 

• To responsible for the implementation on IT automation projects (i.e. formulate business requirement , participate in user acceptance test and develop operation procedures.
• To process end user computing skills (VBA, SQL) to streamline existing manual processes. (e.g. special incentive program tracking & calculation, data consolidation & manipulation)
• To ensure system capability to support sales performance tracking for new product /program launch.     
• To work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration. 
• To monitor system effectiveness to ensure service levels.
• To manipulate data and prepare sales performance analysis for regular review.

The Person 

• Degree/ Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. 
• 3 years or above related experience, preferably in Telecommunication industry 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in data manipulation.  
• Capable of processing end user computing skills such as Access Macro, Excel Macro, Visual Basic for Application, SQL Server is a plus
• Proficiency in Tableau, Python is an advantage 
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) – both written & spoken.
