Job Duties:

• Maintaining strong relationships with our Key Accounts (including Chain Stores and Merchants) and strengthen the business networks.
• Recruit quality Merchant partners.
• Plan, Execute, and Review Sales Productivity to ensure sales performance are being set and reached.
• Assisting in optimizing product categorization within the Beauty/Lifestyle category.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years sales experience, with experience in FMCG industry is definitely an advantage.
• Good understanding of eCommerce is an advantage 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing, Multitasking and Self-Motivated with good interpersonal skills  
• Strong analytical abilities and market awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Sales & Operations Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
