Our client “⁠⁠GREAT FORTUNE CREDIT LIMITED." is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
   

Who are they looking for? 

•  
• Good in Cantonese ; Putonghua and English.
• Able to read & write Chinese. 
• Strongly communication skills.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
