Our client, a well-known bank is seeking for a Relationship officer to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Deliver outstanding customer service to retail customers in the branch network.
• Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate banking services and solutions.
• Engage in promotional campaigns to attract new business and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to meet client needs.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Relationship Manager OR senior positions.

Who are they looking for?

• Education background in finance, business or a related discipline.
• Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) is a must.
• Passes in HKSI (Paper 1,7,8)would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
