Responsibilities:

• To handle incoming and outgoing calls from and to members, employers and others in timely, courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner.
• To achieve expected standards of service and also meet standards in terms of quality, cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements when completing assigned work/tasks.
• To collect client’s feedback for service improvement.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in business or any related disciplines
• preferably in call centre / customer service
• Knowledge in customer service functions
• Knowledge of MPF and ORSO legislation is preferred
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including Word, Excel
