JOB HIGHLIGHT

We are looking for a visionary Gen AI Lead to manage and inspire our dedicated AI team, driving innovative projects & products in Digital Humans and Generative AI solutions across the APAC regions. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute the strategic vision and action plan for the AI team, aligning with organizational goals.

- Lead generative AI projects & products roadmap from design to deployment, optimizing for performance and cost.

- Research, design, train, and optimize Gen AI models and LLM for production environments.

- Oversee data management processes, including pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.

- Assess model performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into practical applications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects/ tasks, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the generative AI landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field, with a strong academic background in AI research.

- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in areas including but not limited to NLP, computer vision, and neural networks, e.g., GANs, VAEs, ViTs, CNNs, LLMs.

- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data pre-processing techniques.

- Knowledge of cloud computing and AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

- Proven experience in team management and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
