Diestel Dental Group

We have four modern clinics located in Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Central.
We urgently require Full Time Receptionists to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle Appointment Bookings & Billings
• Perform General Reception Duties such as greeting patients and handling incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Answer inquiries through Email and WhatsApp
• Work Location: Tung Chung

Requirements

• 2 years Relevant Working Experience in customer service, with Dental Knowledge will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English & Chinese
• Good Telephone Manner and Communication Skills
• Self-Motivated, Well Organized, Detail Oriented, Cheerful and Friendly
• Fast typing speed will be an advantage
• Clinic Solutions knowledge will be an advantage
• Team player as you will be coordinating with team dentists and nurses 

Salary approx. HK$17,000 to HK$20,000, negotiable based on experience.
