Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in after sales administration processing
- Follow up on policy pending cases with result-oriented attitude;
- Handle enquiries from Distribution team/ partners during post-sales service processes.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and assist in resolving any issues
- Coordinate and communicate with Distribution team and product providers
- Updating and maintaining clients' database, system, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma graduated, university degree preferred.
- minimium 5 years’ relevant working experience in the insurance brokerage is a must.
- Minimium Possession of effective IIQE 1, 3 and 5.
- Good work attitude, self-motivated, attention to detail, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
