Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in after sales administration processing
  • Follow up on policy pending cases with result-oriented attitude;
  • Handle enquiries from Distribution team/ partners during post-sales service processes.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and assist in resolving any issues
  • Coordinate and communicate with  Distribution team and product providers
  • Updating and maintaining clients' database, system, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma graduated, university degree preferred.
  • minimium 5 years’ relevant working experience in the insurance brokerage is a must.
  • Minimium Possession of effective IIQE 1, 3 and 5.
  • Good work attitude, self-motivated, attention to detail, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
