Our client, a Japanese Auto-mobile parts company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Executive to join their team:

Job duties:
- Liaise with the suppliers and internal clients (overseas sister company) regarding the QA/QC problem
- Investigate and follow up on the problem
- Define responsibility, arrange an exchange, product recall, and compensation for sister company
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
- Ensure products meet sister companies' expectations and demand
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Visit the factories in Asia(4-6 times/year)(China, Vietnam, etc)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree  or above
- Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
- At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in the automotive or electronics industry preferred
- Candidates with sales support or sales experience will also be considered
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
