Responsibilities:

• 7x24 on-call support in roster basis 
• Provide administration and support of hardware and software (Windows and Linux)
• Provide administration and support of container-based virtualization platform (Openshift and KVM)
• Provide administration and support of network devices (Routers/Switch/Firewall/Load-Balancer)
• Apply O/S and software patch
• Perform first line trouble shooting and technical support
• Act as the contact point to provide technical support in system operation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• 2-4 years relevant IT experience in system administration
• Good knowledge of networking
• Solid experience on Linux administration on Linux, System Configuration, Shell Scripting and Patch Management
• Solid experience on Backup operation
• Knowledge on docker and container is preferable but not a must
