YOLO  e-commerce company, which is in the stage of rapid development, is now inviting excellent e-commerce operation manager/supervisor to join our team.

Position Responsibilities

1) Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the e-commerce platform, including product shelving, price adjustment, promotion planning, order processing, customer service, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the platform.

2) Formulate and implement the operation strategy of the e-commerce platform to improve the platform's traffic, conversion rate and sales, and reach the company's business goals.

3) Analyze market dynamics and competitors' situation, adjust operation strategies in time to maintain the company's competitiveness in the field of e-commerce.

4) Manage and train the e-commerce operation team to improve the team's professional quality and work efficiency.

5) Collaborate with other departments to promote the development of the company's e-commerce business, such as communicating with the technical department to optimize the function of the platform, and coordinating with the purchasing department for the supply of goods.

6）Responsible for the data monitoring and analysis of the e-commerce platform, and put forward improvement measures and optimization plans based on the data results.

 Requirements

1) College degree or above, e-commerce, marketing and other related majors are preferred.

2) With more than 1-3 years of e-commerce operation and management experience, familiar with the operation rules and processes of e-commerce platform.

3) Possess excellent data analysis ability and market insight, able to develop effective operation strategies based on data.

4) Strong team management skills and communication and coordination skills, able to lead the team to complete various tasks.

5) Innovative spirit and sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment.
