Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events related to Design and Marketing service industries
• To provide logistic support for trade promotional projects, including assisting in liaisons with external vendors, as well as internal departments and branch office
• To recruit participants for trade promotional project
• To prepare marketing collaterals and publicity materials 
• To liaise and maintain good relations with relevant industry and trade association
• To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties

Requirements: 

• University graduate with 2 years of working experience in marketing, event coordination, project management or a related field is preferred (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered) 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Proactive, self-initiated, detail-minded and with team spirit
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing 
• Knowledge in graphic design is a plus
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels 

Remuneration and Benefits: 

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
