The Role
As a (Senior) Commodity Manager, you will
- Responsible for the electronics commodity and sourcing strategy to support business growth and development
- Maintain excellent supplier relationship management, and contract management
- Manage supplier performance and the AVL
- Lead execution of sourcing events/ projects with cross-functional teams
- Lead teams with strong business mindset
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering or any related disciplines
- MCIPS or MBA is advantageous
- 8+ years of solid experience in sourcing electronic components and manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge in electronics products, OEM/EMS projects, and strong networks with suppliers across regions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experienced in managing teams in China
- Flexible, fast-paced, detail-minded with a problem-solving mentality and integrity
- Result oriented
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
- Less experience will be considered as Commodity Manager
