• Support IT System and Networking
• 2-3 Years solid hands-on experience
• On-Job Training will be provided
• Ability to work Independently and self-motivated

• Manage, implement and support the IT System, Network and Security Infrastructure
• Implement, monitor and maintain the WAN, LAN and Network Security
• Identify, Troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Provide advice and consultancy to internal support team with documentation
• Follow up customer support inquiry

• Configure, Support and Troubleshoot:
  • Switch, Firewall, Server
  • Basic Data Center environmental knowledge is preferred

• Configure, Support and Manage:
  • Basic Virualization, stoarge and Cloud platform
  • Backup and Endpoint Security
  • Microsoft Win Server
  • Linux support (Email, web, ftp) is preferred

• Ability to work Independent and self-motion
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Cert / Diploma / University degree in IT or related disciplines
