Job Description
Our client is seeking a Sales Admin to join their company!
What you’ll be doing?
- Handle enquiries from customers and sales team such as stock status checking, sample request
- Act as a key person to communicate between Sales Teams and factories
- Order fulfilment included receiving and creating new orders, preparing goods, and coordinating with factories, customers and sales team to ensure all delivery process smoothly.
- Work with factories, 3PL and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery to warehouse and customer. Tracking shipping schedule and order status, placing shipping booking
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents: Invoice, packing list, delivery note, Form E preparation between customers and factories and submitting banking documents for LC customers.
- Improve and optimize efficiency and communication for current procedure by creating reports and workflow.
- Arrange delivery for local orders.
- Preparing on the billing payment application for logistics service providers, such as: local charges & courier charges for the shipment
- Prepare Volume forecast and summary report
- SAP maintenance such as fixing invoice and order issuing problem
- Fill up Tradelink
- Manage Key customers of AEC and HofR
- Provide support and document processing to the Business Development.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who are they looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as sales admin in MNC, experience in working with oversea sales team / customer is perferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and sales
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Hands-on in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Good in English and Mandarin.
- Hands-on experience in SAP systems is prefer.
- Proactive self-starter, fast learner, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
- Willing to accept challenges.
