Our client is one of the most reputable developers who has an extensive real estate footprint in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Senior/ Marketing & Promotion Officer for their retail portfolio.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing promotional & advertising campaign for shopping malls
• Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals
• Build harmonious relationship and maintain high level of operational excellence with members, tenants, and visitors
• Marketing budget / expense monitoring with quotation and invoices handling
• Perform other administrative duties and assist in ad-hoc marketing tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• More than 3 years of experience in PR, advertising, marketing or event management, preferably with previous exposure in real estate/ retail/ agency side 
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
