Powerwin provides cross-border digital marketing services and cross-border online shop SaaS solutions for China-based enterprises to establish overseas presence through the digital media platforms and cross-border online shop solutions platform.
 

Tasks & responsibilities

• E-banking Administration and Record Maintenance: 

      - Manage e-banking operations, with prior experience in HSBCNet considered a plus.

      -  Ensure the maintenance of accurate and organized finance-related records.

• Administer cash management and related activities, such as update cash position status and managing external and inter-company documents. 
• Liaise with different business partners including internal and external parties for smoothing daily operations
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reports
• Handle any ad hoc assignments, as requested by the management

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of work experiences in treasury
• Self-motivated and detailed minded with ability to work under pressure 
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and passion to deliver result
• Prior experience in digital marketing or banking industry is preferred 
• Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Words, PPT
• Immediate available is preferred
