Our client “⁠Stratos Group Services Limited” is seeking a Sales Associate - Malay Speaker to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Offer multiple solutions, platforms and services to self-trading customers
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their preferences and enhance their overall experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty, delivering exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives, and leveraging internal tools/resources to track interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of FX/CFDs/Crypto/Shares products and trade execution processes to effectively assist clients.
• Stay informed about global financial news and trends, and effectively communicate financial and market-related concepts, as well as firm’s products and services, to clients.
• Liaise with local and international sales/support teams, middle office, and back-office teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Consistently achieve departmental and individual performance metrics to contribute to the company's success.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to addressing business needs.

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Admin is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must. Ability to speak in Bahasa Malay is preferred. 
• Effective communication skills, analytical skills and adaptable.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to navigate basic and advanced mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy - an advantage.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Capable of utilizing Excel for complex data analysis, creating professional reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint, and managing communications efficiently with Outlook
• Career minded and interested in long-term career growth.
• Fresh graduates / no experience in Finance industry are also welcome, formal on-the-job training will be provided
• Ideal candidate should be eligible to work in HK. IANG Visa Holders are welcomed.
