Headquarters in Singapore with offices in the Asia region.  The company provides advanced lighting system solutions to serve the requirements for commercial, hospitality and residential projects in Hong Kong. The company is now looking for motivated individual to be part of the expanding team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full set of accounts. 
• Handle routine daily accounting duties AR & billing, AP & payment, cashflow management & cash forecast.
• Ensure and enhance the company’s internal control in place and formulate appropriate policy and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package, yearly budgeting and monthly rolling forecast
• Handle annual statutory audit and profit tax filing with auditor/consultant
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting and/or audit, exposure in listed company is a plus. 
• Familiar with Hong Kong Accounting Standards, Company Ordinance
• Good in written English & Chinese
• Flexible, fast-paced and goal-oriented, able to work independently with a “Can do” attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Familiar with Peachtree Accounting is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
