Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform all round HR functions not limited Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations etc
- Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
- Provide day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice & services to working partners
- Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
- Update and maintain database of HR software system
- Assist in handling labour case and employees' compensation case
- Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 1 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits, preferable in F&B industry
- Candidate with C & B experience in F&B/ retail industry with production factory is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinance
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
