Our client is a global up-trend fast fashion brand and they are now seeking for a Wholesales & Distrobursip Manager for their APAC market. The candidate needs to prove his/her strong licensing business background of both fashion industry and Asia Pacific retail environment. Work closely with the licensees and cross-functional teams to support the management of licensee business. With the goal to build brand alignment as well as financial contribution. To identify the best business model in Asia Pacific market, build and maintain partnership with the local business partners and maximize company's revenue.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Business development
- License business expansion in potential Asia Pacific markets
- Identify the best partner of the country
- Identify the best business model (license or distributor)
- Work with VP and licensee to develop the commercial strategies
- Coordination of internal resources to support licensee business launch.

* Account Management
- General management across internal teams, to include Product, Marketing, Project, VM, Finance, Legal, Operation
- Sales plan construction to ensure licensee performance is meeting company's finance target
- Store roll out in approved format
- Invoice & Royalty management
- Legal & Trademark support

* Factory compliance management
- Ensure KTB compliance system succeffully implemented into licensee vendors
- Coordination of Factory compliance audit
- Strike a balance between licensee local operation and KTB execution to ensure healthy and compliant licensee business model is in place
- Training arrangement

* Legal
- Commercial terms negotiation (new business and renewal business)
- Contract preparation
- Trademark maintenance
- Ensure on time submission on contractual reports
- Other legal document preparation

* Order & Shipment
- Facilitate Regional order placement from AP markets to increase global product and marketing alignment in licensing market.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

*6+ years' experience in account servicing
*Basic understanding on licensing business
*Knowledge of Asia Pacific market
*Sales oriented
*Experience in legal agreement preparation is an advantage
*Familiar with key retail metrics and various channels of retail (e.g. online and offline)
*Drive growth through strategic partnership
*Ability to work with cross functional team members
