Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling Excellence: Provide professional and high-quality counselling services to students and parents seeking educational opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with families through personalized, one-on-one service and expert advice.
• Market Insight: Identify and explore market opportunities through research, networking, and meetings.
• Exceptional Service: Dedicate time and effort to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every student and parent feels valued. This will include responding in different time throughout the day and be available to your students and parents.
• Student Development: Assist students who are interested in studying locally and address their inquiries and provide tailored support.
• Service Innovation: Develop new services or support tiers to meet the evolving needs of students and parents, alongside our existing offerings.
• Collaborative Marketing: Work with the Marketing Team to create engaging content that drives new leads and keeps us updated on market trends.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Event Participation: Assist in organizing events, seminars, and activities related to IELTS testing and broader educational initiatives.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Hong Kong, based on any discipline.
• Relevant Experience: Preferably experienced in Education, Insurance, or Private Banking sectors. Candidates with 4+ years of experience may qualify for alternative roles.
• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong social skills, open-mindedness, results orientation, and self-motivation.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to explore new opportunities.
• Flexibility: Ability to meet students and parents at their convenience, able to Stand Alone and be empowered to act accordingly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
