As a designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications, web and offline experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets user needs and provides an exceptional user experience with design thinking. You will utilize your UX knowledge and creative thinking to continuously drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand target user needs, and develop product design solutions that meet user requirements.
• Interaction design, user interface design and visual design for mobile applications, web and in store experience.
• Quickly validate concepts using wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design.
• Closely collaborate with the technical development and design team to ensure the design solutions are successfully implemented.
• Continuously optimize the overall visual style and user experience of the product.
• Passionate and stay up-to-date with industry design trends and continuously learn new design skills and methods.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide innovative design recommendations for the product.
• Creating on-brand graphic designs/ illustrations and handling offline print production of marketing collaterals

 Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in mobile application, web and graphic design in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping design processes.
• Strong user experience design mindset, able to design from users' perspective for all  online and offline touchpoints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Innovative thinking skills to propose creative design solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other Adobe Creative Cloud softwares
• Knowledge of photoshooting, video shooting, video editing
• 5-day work week, immediate start will be advantageous
