Connaught Shipmanagement (HK) Limited is a dynamic and fast-growing ship management company focusing on primarily on the dry bulk sector, with headquarters in HK and office in Copenhagen, Mambai, Shenzhen and Xiamen. Now we are managing 24 dry bulk vessels. With our expansion, we are looking for a highly integrated candidate who is open for a new and challenging job to join our growing team.  

1. Develop and implement short-term and long-term fleet operation strategy
2. Responsible for day-to-day fleet management
3. Monitor daily fleet activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
4. Ensure fleet operation compliance with regulations and company policies Offer technical supports and guidance to the superintendents and crew when needed
5. Implement safety procedures and training to crew
6. Manage accident response and reporting procedures
7. Work with insurance companies to handle claims
8. Monitor and report the fleet performance to Chief Technical Officer 
9. Monitor, control and optimize annual budget of assigned vessels 
10. Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Marine Engineering field, bachelor degree with professional qualification(s);
2. In depth understanding of the standards of the ship management company and the ship management industry
3. 5 years or above ashore experience
4. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, leadership
