Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone
• Maintain good relationship with with customer
• Maintain high-level service standards 
• Welcome call centre background, hotline officer, general banking officer, teller and phone banking officer
• Candidate with call center experience and passed in IIQE could offer up to 3xK 
• Welcome fresh graduates with part-time cs or call center experience 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder OR Passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holder
• Passed in IIQE Paper 1 and 3 OR HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8  is an advantage 
• At least 1 year call center experience in bank/insurance/finance firm 
• Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel
• Proficient in spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
