Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator to join their company:
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up POs with clients in Asia
- Issue invoice and packing list
- Coordinate with Factories, Clients, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
- Preparing reports and conducting inventory control
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years of sales support experience, ideally in a Japanese company
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Japanese ability would be an advantage
- Knowledge in SAP preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
