Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the commercial properties managed by the Corporation
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
• Prepare, monitor and control the annual Repairs and Maintenance budget
• Assist to handle the ad-hoc repairs work and work assigned in compliance with requirements

Requirements 

• Diploma / Certificate in Surveying, Building Services or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in operation and maintenance of builder’s work and/or building services systems
• Possession of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker 

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms, perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours and attend emergency callouts
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Foreman position
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
