Job Description
We are looking for an energetic team player to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including but not limited to staffing & recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, leave records, performance management, and employee relations, etc.
- Prepare memo, working instructions, policies & procedures.
- Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, insurance/service agreement renewal, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative, clerical support and document management.
- Handling daily accounting transactions (i.e. payment, receipt etc).
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above holder.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good in computer applications including MS Word and Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Including Mandarin).
- Immediate available is preferred.
