Our client is a well-known listed firm with business across retail, trading and manufacturing sector. They are seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sizable accounting team and oversee financial operation and business performance of each business unit.
• Handle group consolidation and audited financial statements of individual companies (100+);
• Responsible for group interim announcement and financial reporting, annual financial statements and schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations of listed company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts of individual subsidiary and statutory audited report.
• Prepare presentation of financial performance to the management;　Assist Finance Head on important decision making.
• Constantly communicate with PRC manufacturing unit and collaborate with finance team to drive efficient accounting and finance operation for the group.
• Handle tax return of individual companies and tax related matters, including tax planning.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA)
• At least 8 years of commercial finance & accounting experience, preferably within Retail, F&B, trading and manufacturing sector.  Recent experience with HK listed company experience is essential.
• 2-3 years exposure with PRC manufacturing firm.
• Highly flexible, patience, detail-minded, self-initiated, able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.  Strong leadership skills is highly preferred.
• Advance user of Excel.  Experience with FlexSytem is an advantage.
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
