Job Location                   : Hong Kong
Reports to (function)       : Managing Director
 

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify & provide technical advice on production and quality problems to factories
• Hands-on experience in full testing / quality inspection process
• Develops, communicates and maintains factory scorecard which will measure ie. the frequency of quality infractions by SKU, comparison on outputs / quality, etc
• Conduct factory evaluations, prepare, consolidate & update the quality control report
• Control and monitor production progress & product qualities
• Site audit / Inspections in factories in countries in Greater China region
• Liaison tasks regarding product testing and other quality issues
• To provide technical advice for production improvement
  

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
• 10+ years relevant experience preferably in production lines of electronics products; experience in warehouse/logistics flows a plus
• In-dept knowledge on Quality Assurance system / Manuals up on international requirements / standards
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 standards
• Experience of testing and inspection processes. Global Sourcing experience a plus
• Knowledge of international trade requirements, environmental policy, intellectual property rights, and international compliance processes
• Strong reporting and analytical skills and keen on trouble-shooting
• Ability to manage a growing, diverse, multinational workgroup
• Mandarin speaking is a must
