Tasks & responsibilities

• Identify business growth opportunities to formulate strategic plans for the company
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Translate the strategic priorities into an executable and prioritized roadmap, to help and influence the cross-functional departments in shaping the business priorities and business strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies of industry benchmarking, such as innovation landscape and industry needs to keep abreast of industry trends and provide market insight to cross-functional teams to improve competitive positioning

• Analyse users initiatives and formulate best practice solutions with more value-added services to deepen client engagement and optimize the business potential of existing clients by achieving excellent customer experience
• Support marketing and business development onsite events if necessary to foster collaborations and achieve campaign objectives with successful outcomes.
• Own and drive regular reports including performance analysis, KPI report, and other related business reports
• Support other initiatives of the BU and perform such other duties as assigned by the management when necessary
