Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above 
• Minimum 5-6 years' relevant hands-on experience in customer service and 3-4 years in a supervisory role  (with mechanical knowledge is a plus)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in CRM, SAP/ERP system
• With NPS experience is an advantage 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and establishing strong relations with customer
• Continuous improvement of customer service operations
• Parts planning to ensure optimal availability of parts supply
• Coordinate and manage customer service projects as required
