We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Finance - Partnering and Insight.
Principal Responsibilities
- Have business finance and partnering responsibility for the Alternative Investments Business that sits within HSBC Asset Management
- Be responsible for integrating ESG considerations into financial analysis, product profitability and reporting
- Be responsible for the production of the Budget and rolling forecasts
- Be responsible for delivery of MI at a capability level
- Be responsible for the delivery of MI at cost centre level and drive tight cost control across the entire Alternatives business
- Be responsible for visualisation of MI using Tableau
- Be responsible for the reporting of assets and flows across the Alternatives business
- Attend the Product Committee for the Alternatives Business and deputising for the Alternatives CFO as and when required at the Management Committee and Board meetings
- Build strong relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders at a Senior level
Requirements
- Experience within an Investment Management environment, preferably within Alternative, is essential to be considered for this role
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to filter through, interpret and analyse complex data
- Prior working knowledge of Rafter, Tableau and/or Anaplan is desirable
- Stakeholder management experience is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences
- Prior experience of working within an MI driven role is Desirable
