What you’ll be doing?

• Lead and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of precise web content, including storefront design, product images, product details, promotions, and stock availability
• Oversee the integration of internal systems, including ERP, CRM, analytics tools, etc.
• Prioritize customer-focused UI/UX design to create smooth user experiences and identify opportunities for improvements in the customer journey and feature upgrades
• Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing core KPIs, such as conversion rates, sales, and average basket value, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• Degree holder in Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce and web project management
• Strong project management skills encompassing vendor, cross-functional, and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge and experience in website optimization, UI/UX design, and web analytics tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Amazon Marketplace will be an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
