Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for developing new products, suggesting product improvements and providing technical support on production issues
• Provide prototype sample testing and evaluation with respect to Sensory and Analytical studies
• Implementation of new technologies regarding industrial bakery production
• Review and improve the application for new and current raw materials, nutrition labeling and packaging materials
• Tackle problems on quality and food safety issues 
• Present project update and collaboration with different departments in supporting products launch

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Food Science/Food Technology or related discipline       
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in food manufacturing industry, preferably in bakery production and processing
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical and strategic minded
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
