Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure early-stage investments (Series A/B) in tech sectors like AI, software, and cybersecurity.
• Manage deal execution, including terms negotiation and due diligence. 
• Oversee junior staff and assess potential investments through financial and market analysis. 
• Build networks with industry players and guide portfolio companies to optimize growth. 
• Track market trends and contribute to the firm's thought leadership.

Requirements:

• 10 years or above experience in PE/VC with proven deal success (deal origination & execution)
• Having AI and emerging tech expertise
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technology-related field such as computer science or engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Willing to travel
