Manager - Product Development (General Insurance)

This position will manage the full project life cycle of new General Insurance product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project life cycle of new General Insurance product development
• Conduct product comparison / market research and prepare product material
• Testing plan and test cases preparation and execution of user requirement testing
• Prepare process flow and/or procedure manuals for to-be operation process
• Co-ordinate among different stakeholders to ensure all concerns are addressed and the best solution is agreed
• Support the growth of the company
• Innovate product design and customer journey to fit the customers and business partner’s needs

Key Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 5 years of General Insurance product development experience
• Familiar with general insurance products and the end-to-end product cycle from product ideation to product go-live
• Strong General Insurance product expertise
• Business analysis skills, stakeholder management skills, change management skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
