Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR duties;
- Manage entire recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities;
- Payroll and C&B administration;
- Handle other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Assist in review and revise HR policies and procedures from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness;
- Drive and perform annual practices such as budgeting, tax filling, insurance renewal etc.;
- Plan and execute staff activities;
- Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3-5 years HR experience as a generalist in retail industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong;
- Able to work independently, under pressure and perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible;
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Strong PC skill in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Candidates with relevant HR experience will be considered for other suitable positions
