Our client, one of world leading corporations in FMCG industry, is looking high caliber applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the implementation of technology and digitalization projects related to supply chain, logistics production and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes and systems; and develop project plans that align with business objectives and ensure successful products delivery
- Conduct business process analysis and design, including documentation of current and future state processes, identification of gaps, and preparation of solutions proposal to address those gaps.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions, services, and support.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project status, milestones, risks, issues and any changes in project scope or direction.
- Manage and/or participate in user acceptance testing and training activities, ensuring that end-users are trained on new systems and processes.
- Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide support to the Regional Corporate Solution Director and/or other team members as required, contributing to the overall success of the IT projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- At least 3 years of project/product management experience in supply chain solutions, preferably within the supply chain or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and technology and experience in implementing supply chain solutions, such as Demand & Supply Planning Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
