Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare Coffee and Beverages:

• Brew espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks per recipes and customer preferences
• Operate coffee-making equipment with precision
• Ensure consistent beverage quality

2. Customer Service:

• Greet customers, understand preferences, and make personalized recommendations
• Provide timely, courteous service
• Handle transactions and manage the register

3. Maintain a Clean Environment:

• Keep café and equipment clean
• Restock inventory as needed
• Follow health and safety standards

4. Assist Café Operations:

• Support inventory management and stock monitoring
• Help with café setup and closing
• Collaborate to maintain a positive team environment

5. Promote Events & Offerings:

• Inform customers about events and workshops
• Encourage exploration of venue amenities

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to operate espresso machines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
