Job Responsibilities: 

• Analysis of customers behavior and patterns of application usage, design an approach of the UAT testing, test data preparation, testing, ensuring high quality release, problem solving, debugging production issues, fixing bugs, ensuring best-in-class customer experience;
• Creation of test scenarios, scripts and testers with reference to functional and user specifications documents for UAT;
• Execution of UAT test cases;
• Log, manage and close system defects, document all test results;
• Provide updates on testing progress;
• Creation of customer and screen user journey document for future maintenance and reference.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Actual testing background of 1-2 years or more with (preferably) testing in Manual test environment;
• Familiar with Linux systems administration;
• Ability to write effective tests and diagnose test failures;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
