To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample Construction (HK) Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors and architects on M&E issues
• To monitor the progress and carry out site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations
• Coordinate with different parties to ensure the site works running smooth
• O&M manual submission
• To be stationed on site if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Service or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction is required
• Well versed with PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
