Job Description
We’re seeking a Community Manager who will be part of our dynamic team for both coworking space at Kwun Tong and Causeway. The incumbent to provide a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the space in both centers, such as sales/space management (including P/L management), admin tasks, general IT support, general administration and other ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the overall daily operations and interact professionally with our members/clients while being proactive and ensuring quality and service standards;
-Responsible for monitoring P/L of co-working business and enforcing adherence to regulations and quality standards, such as SOP compliance;
-Co-ordinate guest service-related issues and community projects such as maintenance, reservations, and housekeeping in daily operations;
-Build and maintain relationship wit new and existing members across industries and nationalities;
-Cover the front desk during the business hours and be an easily locatable point of contact for our members;
-Maintain customer satisfaction, handling escalated and emergency cases and monitor the overall cleanliness of the venue;
-Provide administrative and office support;
-Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Studies and related disciplines;
-More than 5 years’ solid experience in guest service/ concierge/ front desk / hospitality sectors;
-Solid understanding of hospitality working procedures and best practices in Hong Kong;
- Be analytical enough to understand P/L and the basics of accounting.
- Have sufficient experience in amending membership/license agreements.
-Proven track record in being at the forefront of fashion, lifestyle, and retail tech;
-Excellent organizational skills, customer-oriented and detail-minded;
-Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and P/R skills with a sense of humor is a plus;
-Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Community Manager.
